Light grey to dark caviar, known for its grain size (3.3 to 4 mm) and soft shell.

This is the biggest sturgeon of Caspian Sea and the only exlusive carnivore ; it is quite rare and extremely powerful. It spends its life in movement among the whie fishes. It can measure over 2 meters (6 ½ fit) and weigh over 100 kg (220 lbs).
