This is a contract to sell products online.
Upon placing order on www.Royalcaviar.com, the customer accepts these conditions without reservation.
The contract is concluded between an individual and Royal Caviar. Prices are not for professionals.
The order basket is given as a guide.
The said order shall be final upon its validation and confirmation by Royal Caviar.
Royal Caviar reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice.
The offers are only valid in the European Union.
In case of unavailability of products ordered, Royal Caviar is engaged to prevent the customers as soon as possible and the customer will have the possibility to modify or cancel the order without any charges.
All prices are valid in European Union and do not include shipping and delivery costs.
These prices are inclusive of 3% Luxembourg VAT.
All taxes are established in accordance with Luxembourg laws and are charged to the customers.
Royal Caviar retains title of goods until full payment by the customers.
All risks are borne by the customer. Any advances made will be retained to cover potential losses related to the resale of the goods. The delivery of the goods will be made only after receipt of full payment.
For any issues regarding payment of an invoice, Royal Caviar reserves the right to increase the amount by 12 % with a minimum of € 50.
Lead times are given for information only without guarantee. Late deliveries will not entitle the customer for indemnity, unless otherwise stated by Royal Caviar. The carrier is chosen by Royal Caviar. The parcel will only be delivered against signature. The customer must provide an address where delivery will be possible during working hours in weekdays.
The orders are prepared upon receipt and shipped the same day if received before noon.
The parcel is delivered to the carrier who will then deliver in 24/48 hours after pick-up.
Shipments are made Monday through Thursday. Any order placed on Thursday afternoon will be processed the following Monday.
Royal Caviar undertakes to inform the customer about non delivery of the goods caused by any possible obstacles, whatsoever, as soon as possible. Royal Caviar cannot be held responsible for any possible damages resulted by absence or refusal of the customer at the time of delivery.
The goods are checked thoroughly before shipping, by Royal Caviar.
The customers attention is drawn to the fact that after delivery they will have the sale responsibility for the conservation and use of products.
The customers shall in particular not consume the product beyond expiry date indicated.
In the event of receiving a damaged parcel, the customer must immediately make reservation to the carrier’s delivery and send a copy by mail / fax to Royal Caviar.
If the complaint is about the product itself, you should urgently make your reservations in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
This document must be sent to Royal Caviar head office by courier, or simply by mail.
Any dispute arising will have its exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Luxembourg or the courts of the buyer’s country at Royal Caviar’s choice.
Royal Caviar reserves the right to refuse any order in case of dispute.
